Yes, Lord Krishna is a great avatar, considered as the eighth incarnation of God Vishnu. He has always guided the Mission since the beginning. He is quoted in my autobiography, very often. He inspired me in many circumstances and, on the advice of my Revered Master, I used to call him and ask for his assistance.

"It is good, in broad outline, to know the history of this hierarchy of the great beings who guided our steps at the beginning of the creation of our Mission. That was not easy and we did not know where we were going. Their encouragements were precious. Carried by their love and judicious advice, it was shaped, gradually, to become what you know now.

"This action was planned for a long time with the desire to help man of modern times, in a somewhat mad world, where he has difficulty finding his bearings – as all old and traditional values are collapsing.

"Sahaj Marg is a gift of the Divine to help the human being to find his road, a waymarked and lit-up road, which must change his life completely."

Let your heart go completely. Let it 'burst'; do not offer resistance to our work any more. You are going through a delicate period. We must surround you like a baby. Can you imagine that a little?

"Observe well all the states you are going through. We do not have to explain, it is up to you to feel and to draw the necessary conclusions. We know that you are not cudgelling your brains in trying to absolutely understand; it is well like that. To be is enough for you; you are advancing with a kind of detachment that is the sign of the state of surrender we ask you to reach.

"Reaching that stage is a grace. Your body must act to put up with its material life, and your spirit can sail towards other shores.

"My dear daughter, there are henceforth two distinct beings in you. Manage this situation as best you can. The love which carries you will help you to keep up the right balance. We guide your steps on this luminous way where only your heart is surrendered.

"You should have the utmost confidence with respect to all that. You should attend to the problems of everyday life, this material side which bothers you incredibly, as you cannot do otherwise. Nothing is perfect in this world."
