You are not a machine; do you believe that this delay can prevent our contact from taking place? We ask for rigour, but not to that extent. "It is true that we insist on the need for automatic reflexes to be established, and though it is beneficial to always meditate at the same hour, other possibilities are not excluded.

"We are amused by your child-like and timorous side. Your personality presents many facets: that is what those who can understand and appreciate you find charming in you. We do not want to bother you by talking about you once again.

"Our purpose is to make you understand, for your own good, the importance of rigour in your life. It is good to be demanding with oneself, generally, but some exceptions can disrupt the regularity of your sadhana, and you have to put up with it, which is not dramatic.

"Since we lived our human lives on the Earth, we understand you.

"Though we try to push you towards perfection, we also know how difficult it is sometimes.

"We do not judge you, we love you and we want the best for you all, quite simply."

Being so close to me, you could only attract His attention, what could be more natural than that? You see well that we accept you for what you are. We feel tenderness for you because you can recognise your weaknesses.

"So many human beings believe they are perfect and assume the right to judge others for no reason at all, to a pathological extent. They had better look at their own garden and focus seriously on the weedy grasses therein, before dwelling on their neighbour's.

"You can see that if we speak to you so often, it is sometimes as a pretext to arrive at general remarks.

"We repeated it enough to you, all has its raison d'être. Each one of you is a case for us, we observe you and we surround you carefully. What gardener is so equally attentive? Do you realise that you are constantly under observation?

"You are never alone, whether you are happy or unhappy. We do not take our eyes off you."
