Forget your troubles, my child. Let your heart be lost in the ocean of love being offered to it in this moment. Let it be exultant and regain strength to pursue its life on its Earth of exile, as it considers it to be. Nothing is useless in this world, you know it, therefore do not forget it. Continue to relish graces being granted to you; your heart burning with love for us calls them forcefully.

"What can be refused to the heart of a child, invested with the best of intentions? It can only touch ours. You know this refrain, it is not new, but it reassures you. Human beings are like that, in loneliness they can be assailed by doubt and fear of the future. Our presence cannot materialise, but it is effective; you should never lose sight of this truth. Man is not alone and is not forgotten, in this wide world, like the stone on the path where he pursues his way. He is connected to the Divine through a fine thread that resists all the storms and bad blows. Learning about life is tough and can sometimes be extremely hard. All is counted and has its raison d'être: that is to be considered.

"Make the most of this contact. Drink out of the glass of delights and rejuvenate yourself. Life has taught you that only these joys are immutable; they feed your heart, which is being strengthened every day. Is your heart lighter, my child, merrier, more loving? It only remains for you to prove it throughout this day, by being with your Master in spirit."

Love is the most noble food of the soul; it is distilled with the passing days and permeates the entire being. Is there anything it cannot do? It transforms life when it is devoted to the Divine. So many Great Beings have left a mark in this world, in the service of a beautiful and noble cause. Only this love can bring about effects that defy time. Not everyone is in such a light and yet their lives behind the scenes can be dedicated to a noble action. Good and evil coexist on this Earth; this is how it goes and it is not about to change. Working towards human evolution is the current challenge; the road will be long, but one day it will reach that which has long been awaited and hoped for. Our path aims for this: the good of human beings in the most noble sense, based on a pre-planned and constant evolution. “A spiritual path produces many benefits that are not revealed, and yet real progress is achieved, even if it is unidentifiable. Is that not the most important consideration? Seeing someone being transformed from within and the soul rising little by little is the best reward. Everything is slow here below; this cycle will last for a long time yet. In this as well as in other aspects of life, complexity will manifest itself, and for good reasons. Surely everything has its raison d’être! All these comments are meant to lead our brothers and sisters to interiorise themselves further and further and advance earnestly towards the ultimate goal.”
