Lift up your thought; protect yourself against the turbulences of life. In a way you cannot avoid them, but do not get involved in battles which are not yours. The flame burning in you must keep its purity and its vigilance; you are serving a noble cause aimed at uplifting humanity.

"Consider the bulk of messages accumulated over time and in which we tried to draw the attention of our brothers to certain aspects of their life likely to slow down their evolution. We insisted, sometimes repeatedly, to let them understand that nothing should be neglected in the way they are and behave with others.

"A serious spiritual quest requires rigour. There comes a time in this climbing when the most strict observance of laws is essential. Choices are to be made to help the aspirant understand the mechanisms of his evolution and stick to them.

"All issues have already been addressed. As far as these issues are concerned, our way provides our brothers with the basics, and it is up to them to continue with determination: the process will be fruitful.

"In general, life requires constant effort. No one escapes this rule. Man must abide by it and let his heart open to the beneficial effects of universal love, which is key in any process, otherwise the goal cannot be attained."

Your heart is endearing, it surrenders like a child's heart. It is not demanding, it requests nothing. It loves, quite simply, without expecting specific graces.

"In our way, practising assiduously makes abhyasis malleable. The concept of surrender must guide them in everything, making them more receptive to the work which is achieved in them. They can then progress towards discovering their own treasures, highlighted by a sadhana well understood.

"His confidence in the Master must assert itself and love must develop in him accompanying this progress, which would be meaningless without it. While advancing in a spiritual quest, these aspects become obvious to the aspirant. Then, that would be for him the beginning of a fruitful and redeeming process. Perseverance leads him to new horizons: imperceptibly his inner transformation will change his conception of life. He will see life in all its truth. He will realise how ephemeral it is, which will encourage him to pursue fervently a way leading him beyond the precariousness of his Earthly life.

"Wisdom is acquired through experience; any well understood life is enlightening. The human being does experiments necessary for his evolution; he cannot escape it. Everybody is subjected to ordeals; it is the law of life. Sooner or later, each one must undergo one of these more or less repeated but necessary ordeals. By understanding this, a decisive step is taken on the path."
