Do not let yourself be overcome by negative thoughts; faith must be your asset in all circumstances. Sweep away this sadness which is out of place. Wear a happier expression showing that your spiritual heart is actually

happy.

"This end-of-the-year period is conducive to self-assessment; it is the right moment for you all to evaluate the progress made. Was your faith strengthened? Are you making progress in the sadhana and did it bring you what you expected? On this aspect at least, you must be satisfied: you are changing imperceptibly and your heart is being transformed under the effect of the work you are undertaking on yourselves.

"It is comforting for you to take stock and note that on this aspect your perseverance is effective. You remain the same, apparently, but deep in your heart, a discreet flame that illuminates your soul is growing. This asset, nobody can take away from you; it is an immutable good.

"It will follow you beyond this life and will be your sign of recognition. It will open to you the appropriate doors.

"Once divested of the grossness of this Earth, you will be able to carry on on a path which you have magnificently commenced."

My daughter, through you we can address all our aspirants. What you are experiencing, your sufferings, your doubts, your fears for today and tomorrow, all that belongs to what each one of you must go through sooner or later, to varying degrees.

"Spiritually, you also go through the same levels, the same process, and the associated questioning on the outcome of this work, which is not supported by university degrees. Only your own sensitivity facilitates your evaluation capability. The results cannot be measured with human references, hence the difficulty, for you, to find your bearings.

"It is in your heart that you can find answers – through an increasingly profound meditation which leads you on to planes where human points of reference are out of place. The special joy you derive from this contact with the divine presence is unique. It must constantly grow deeper, to become increasingly intense and complete. In these moments, your mind is no longer assailed by calculations and doubts.

"You are gliding above all the human contingencies to unite with the Divine and the rest does not matter any more."
