You are only a 'nothing' placed on my heart, so you say; that shows the way you behave and the surrender that characterises you. "The definition is simple and may appear simplistic to some minds, but this simplicity of heart should be reached, precisely.

"It is not inevitably innate, unlike your case. It is the result of a long spiritual progress punctuated with many accepted ordeals, the whole of it having contributed to leading you to this state.

"The heart's intelligence is of primary importance. It is the fruit of a long ripening which brings the soul to a state of permanent and subtle love. What you live internally is a precious good. To not disturb this harmony, you only wish to drink in a teaching which nourishes you every day. You have understood its profound meaning.

"It corresponds exactly to you all. It tallies with your practice and the level you want to reach. We adapt it to your personalities; in addition, your vibrations result from the work that is carried out on you.

"It is good for you to understand that and to keep to what it can bring to you. It is good for you to admit that we want to touch your hearts, to bring them to a greater wisdom."

"Michel is right: these messages are a 'tailor-made' teaching adapted to what you are and what you would like to become.

"We do not ask you to read us exclusively, but you who have the good luck to have access to them, you should truly immerse yourselves in them before going to hear other voices, however right they might be."

Why do you go without this state, which you really appreciate? Meditate more often, even for a short time since your body cannot bear immobility for too long. Short meditations repeated during the day would be very beneficial to you.

"Abhyasis must adapt the practice to their possibilities. We do not impose fixed rules. Some of them juggle with a very tight timetable, but they manage to devote enough time to what they consider as being of primary importance.

"Don't you find the best refuge, far from the world and the madding crowd, in this space which no one can invade and appropriate?

"Try to embellish it, to make it win well-deserved acclaim. It is a divine right, which is reserved for you and which you can use just as you wish.

"May the light spring up in you and be reflected ad infinitum, carrying away other hearts offered to Divinity, serene in life and aspiring to an eternity all vibrating with love."
