Meditating correctly is an art that requires work. It is not always easy to empty one's mind. On certain days the thoughts are disturbing; it is advisable to discipline them. Deep meditation brings about serenity and relief capable of showing life from a different perspective, and brings you to control impulses that are not favourable to the development of spiritual life. Practice necessarily leads to keeping a check on oneself more thoroughly, and to being in a state of systematic vigilance. Progress stems from a whole set of attitudes and one's compliance with the rules. The behaviour will become natural with time; then it will be possible to assess the results obtained through this work."

My son is discovering these messages little by little, and that is well. They are instilled into him in the spirit in which they are given: with love. He was not expecting such an amount of them. He will not make any comments, but when he sees fit to do so, he will make the appropriate decisions about them. He can use them in various ways and as per his liking; he is very resourceful. Continue, if you so want, to receive us. These messages – so it seems – do manage, in spite of the passing time, to help hearts sensitive to their accents, and that has been happening since they have been accessing them. Love and faith must be kindled, just like the flame of a lamp, from an inexhaustible energy source. The heart, however fervent it may be, needs an external contribution to confirm it in its process and its aspirations. It needs to hear echoes emanating from its fellow ones, or better, from inspired Masters showing the way to them, and thus maintaining its own flame. It is good to know you are understood and loved, and to be able to advance in the discovery of the Divine with complete peace of mind. Its facets are manifold; the heart must remain vigilant and attentive to its calls."
