Commune with yourself; open your window onto the infinite, the nameless. Let your heart, and only it, express itself in this moment. Forget the worries, the upheavals of this world, treasons, and disappointments, which are the lot of humans. Open wide this window onto beauty and divine peace; there reside harmony and perfect joy. Did you find in this world similar treasures that remain immutable with time? Their scarcity determines their value. They are inimitable. Let your heart be carried by this soothing wave. We like – on a regular basis – to make such remarks suffuse in you; they go straight to your heart, in this blessed space where the best of you is being built. Let your soul delight in the beautiful, the elusive vibration which, in this moment, operates like a balm throughout all your being. We enjoy causing such harmony in it. Nothing else can affect it. It is situated beyond this world, in a place where grace alone can suffuse it. Let your heart be filled with melodious sounds which reach it; they are of a pure and delectable essence. Continue your meditation, and eat your fill of this celestial food; it is your Sunday reward, my child."

As one path ends another starts; life is movement, action. Man must advance at all costs and adapt to all situations. So it will be until the end. A spiritual practice provides continuity in this existence – stability, a kind of foothold that is not affected by the fluctuations of time. Everything outside can change. Preserve this only good that remains with time. This refuge cannot be taken away from you; it belongs to you. This richness escapes the laws of men, who are always on the lookout for dispossessing their fellow man. In this area, God is watchful! He is almighty. Highly enlightened beings come to this world to help their brothers to free themselves from human bondages. These Masters, as they are called, help the whole of humanity through work that escapes man's assessment. Their action cannot be measured; but it is powerful and in line with the forces of good, which have a lot to do so that humanity can progress towards the long-established goal. It will all be accomplished according to this scale of evolution which regulates its rise."
