All these current torments will be forgotten one day. What will they represent in the future? Do they take away from you what is essential in your spiritual life and for our contacts? We nevertheless understand your concerns; your life is easy only on the surface. You are not assisted, as you should be, to cope with your daily chores. We appreciate that you remain receptive to listen to us. One day, your brothers and sisters will be able to find comfort in reading these greatly simple messages through which they will be able to feel all our attention and understanding towards them. We are not judges steeped in our prerogatives, only chosen ones who work to help humanity. It needs to be helped; our compassion is great and it is used advisedly. Your calls justify our combats. They are pressing; appalling cries reach us, of which you do not have any idea. Think of these beings hunted, famished or subjected to torture. There are many of them on this Earth. We do not want to draw an alarmist picture, but humanity is suffering atrociously in many areas of the sphere. Suffering is everywhere in all countries; it is hidden, generally, but it exists. Think of it, you who have the recourse of faith."

Today is a beautiful day, my child. A new hope is rising in you; it is growing and is asserting itself. Your heart is changing, and it appreciates its states. You feel lighter in this moment when things that matter are only those provided by sadhana. You feel yourself vibrating differently; all your body sings its joy. You praise God, intensely. You should therefore let this unalloyed joy grow in you and make sure that it remains; it is a grace being bestowed on you. Under its effects, your heart is polished in a harmonious way. Make the most of this special day; make sure that you are not troubled by anything. Leave aside the small worries, the biggest ones will be resolved by themselves. Let yourself be lulled by this moving wave, which sends you into transports of joy. In this moment, you are lifted up by a very special impulse of faith. Let your heart sing love; all our aspirants must learn how to do so, if they don't do it already. This dimension is strongly lacking in many of them. They don't know how to cultivate this rare flower whose scent is intoxicating.
