They have a need for action, noise; their senses are perpetually on the alert. They no longer know how to listen to nature, or to respect the body and its basic needs.

They lose their balance, their health, caught up in a mad world that inexorably distances them from the real goal of life.

Will humans one day return to more wisdom, discovering the many riches of a life in which a balance between the material and the spiritual is respected? It is the goal we have set for ourselves in bringing to the world this remarkable tool which is our method.
