You are not an exception; the faults you blame yourself for are commonplace. Human beings tend towards perfection, but must fight until the end with what you call your failings.

If you were perfect, you would have your head in the clouds. You must remain anchored in this world and face up to all the difficulties that arise, while preserving that which is beautiful in you.

Living on this Earth is not easy; the Masters also have to struggle with their own nature, believe me. Nothing is simple; that's precisely what makes for the richness of an incarnation. It's the ideal means to advance. One must comply with the rules of the game, if one wants to emerge honourably from a path fraught with pitfalls. Each one of them compels you all to face up to your responsibilities. How will you proceed? In all good conscience you all know what you must do. It's about sticking to that and not letting yourselves be carried away by regrettable reactions.

Reflect for a moment in the face of each situation that deserves your attention, and try to keep your self-control: this is what we wish for all of you.
