Your heart is the receptacle of love; a flame is burning in it, fanned by the divine fire. "Throughout these messages, we have celebrated love; it is a concept which remains to be discovered in Sahaj Marg where it is not yet well perceived.

"Spiritual work must bring about changes in the hearts before it can more strongly prevail. It seems to be a minor aspect to some, and yet it is an important aspect of the sadhana. We can force nothing; the candidate progresses in his process and he discovers, through time, the unexpected aspects of spirituality including love, which unfolds to him.
