One should not fear to speak about the possibility of contacts with the beyond. Non-initiated people must get used to this idea and reconsider their way of thinking on this subject. The most reticent ones will have to reconsider their position; they will be provided with a great quantity of proof that will sweep away their doubts about this reality. Let us continue to work for future times when our contacts will be fully recognised in terms of their production of these many messages.

"When reading them, many will feel the truth therein as well as the authenticity of their format. Evolution on the Earth is very slow, given its specific vibration. It will nevertheless have to speed up: so has it been decided. This fact, as we have already said, will change the face of the world, since the entire creation will go through a stage of metamorphosis. So has its evolution been planned. It will go through phases of destruction: it is inevitable. The achievements of the new era will be based on different foundations more suited to the real progress it will bring. It does not matter whether this vision of the future is currently admitted or not; the destiny of this planet will take place only on the basis of these new foundations."

Your heart is the receptacle of love; a flame is burning in it, fanned by the divine fire. "Throughout these messages, we have celebrated love; it is a concept which remains to be discovered in Sahaj Marg where it is not yet well perceived.

"Spiritual work must bring about changes in the hearts before it can more strongly prevail. It seems to be a minor aspect to some, and yet it is an important aspect of the sadhana. We can force nothing; the candidate progresses in his process and he discovers, through time, the unexpected aspects of spirituality including love, which unfolds to him.

"Love and compassion are innate in human beings, but the door of the heart must open and let them emerge under the effects of grace.

"Our associates find strong points in the teachings we offer to them which particularly correspond to them. Their vision widens with time and they can understand the need for growing in this way of love, which is the very essence of the goal targeted.

"When a soul is ready, it discovers by itself the richness which is concealed behind the apparent simplicity of the method we offer it.

"Each one can find in it what is suited to them, according to their spiritual progress.
