Is your practice particularly attractive to you? Do you arrive joyfully at the feet of the Master where you are supposed to commune with yourself? If so, you left your tiredness and your worries at the entrance of the inner space where your most beautiful work is being built. This way of proceeding supports your meditation. You create this favourable state, leaving behind you, for the nonce, what overburdens your mind unnecessarily. Uniting with the Divine requires special attention; this kind of personal ritual supports its success. Make sure you condition yourself favourably in your heart; we insist on this point. To take refuge in this sacred temple requires the same approach and the same respect that is essential when the follower enters the edifice of his choice, related to his beliefs. The Moslem, the Buddhist or the Christian complies with a certain ritual that puts him in tune with divinity.
"The divine is inside you, in the heart of your being; don't lose sight of this essential aspect of your process. You will place yourselves in the best condition to be united with Him."
