We had never stressed this important aspect of the sadhana: doing it with the appropriate mindset can only perfect your approach to the Divine.

"We want the best for you. You make the effort to follow us in this way we propose to you. Some can be surprised by its simplicity; make no mistake, it is effective. The fact that it is divested of useless aspects does not take away its major quality, which is not easily measurable. If you have been following us for some time, you are capable of judging by yourself. You are no longer children that need to be dragged by force; those days are over, even for the adults who are more and more capable of making wise choices in this field. You can see clearly, and dismiss generally accepted ideas, whatever they may be. Our teachings are of this time, and they are universal. They appeal to free men capable of finding their spiritual bearings in a society disconcerting for them. They need stability; they create it within themselves by practising.
