Its effectiveness stems from this beauty, easily discovered through a joyful and confident approach. Here, there are no erudite words, no tortuous practices, and no flagellation, only a process followed scrupulously, in absolute confidence of final success.

There is no need to torture one's mind; why should sincere abhyasis do so? They have all the elements, they follow their Master with confidence; the past is abolished, and only the present and future count. They see only the completion of their spiritual quest, by making a clean sweep within – that is to say, in their heart, loving and offered for the right cause.
