How could we avoid repeating ourselves? Have you all assimilated one tenth of what we say! Since each of these repetitions reaches only a limited part of your understanding, we strive to present our principles to you in many ways. Given that your process helps you make progress, our words have a chance to be understood. Reading a message is the easiest part of this process, but to what extent does it strike a chord within you all? What frame of mind, of heart, are you in when you do this reading? This aspect is important, there are many ways of reading.

What is your inner state? Are your worries left aside, your thoughts purified and, especially, are your hearts open to the divine Love, the Love of your Master as well as that of your brothers and sisters who are engaged in the same struggle, whether or not they are following a spiritual process? Divest yourselves of the useless, be receptive and surrender to forces that guide you according to your aspirations. Leave your prejudices aside; don't put barriers between our work and yourselves.

We end our recommendations there. We don't want to impose anything, that's not our goal. We only intend to draw your attention to an attitude that will help you all in your progress.

It's by small steps that you advance and your spiritual universe is built, without complicated formulas, without ritual or mantra. You progress freely, as you wish; it's your strength and your choice.

Be open, receptive and determined. The process is very simple; there's no need to add any mental constructs to it, as many human beings like to do, unable to commit themselves to a genuine way in pursuit of the Absolute. This quest requires a certain inner strength; it seems you all have it.
