That's good, you're making progress, you're able to receive us even in unfavourable situations. The flow of energy between our two hearts is well established. You can measure the distance you've come to achieve this level of ease.

The beings around you and those who will have access to these messages will not be able to imagine how much you've given of yourself to achieve this result.

We mentioned the notion of service previously, and here is an illustration of it; it necessarily entails sacrifice, even if it is agreed to with Love.

Where would be the attractiveness of a life devoted to whims, to only selfsatisfaction, without looking around oneself, without the slightest commitment to others? A fanatical self-centredness leads to the greatest isolation and limits life. To be enriched, one must closely mix not only with one's fellow creatures but also with all forms of life, and be engaged in a dedicated and selfless action. Thus does an incarnation take on its full meaning; opening up to others is the purpose of the long process that justifies it. Selfishness bears no fruit; it makes the creature regress by holding it far away from the altar where the celestial agreements are signed.
