The spiritual work you are all doing is aimed at refining your subtle bodies, to ensure that all your molecules vibrate differently. It is an entire transformation that takes place within you, without your being really aware of it.

The divine energy that you receive and assimilate according to what you require, does its work without your knowledge. With time you feel different; imperceptibly a new being exists in you, and you end up by becoming aware of it. You must go much further; you have the relevant means. With our help and your personal action, there is every reason for hope. Those of you who have been practising for a long time, if you look at yourselves very attentively, you cannot but notice this change.

There is no wave of a magic wand. There are other paths, but you are on this one, which is one of the most effective and very simple with regard to the practice. If your choice gives you satisfaction, and your work is carried out with ardour and faith, everything is possible.
