However advanced on the spiritual path, one must keep in touch with the realities of modern life; one does not preclude the other. A mysticism too distant from the current material life is not desirable.

You all need, in this incarnation, to keep your feet on the ground; besides your spiritual work, it is necessary for your balance. We don't expect you to devote half of your time to the practice of Sahaj Marg, but only to comply with what we advise you to do. Apart from the time spent doing your sadhana properly, we ask you to try to attend to your affairs while remaining as much as possible in a good condition of remembrance at the level of the heart.

This heart where so many admirable things are achieved. You are all beginning to have evidence of what we have been putting forward for a long time. The human being of the future will no longer be able to deny anything. It will be as plain as two and two make four.

We are not there yet, and you must all forge ahead – not in darkness, you have passed that stage, but by trusting us completely with respect to your progress and your final realization.

Think of the chance you have!
