On this day, think of all the beings you all have lost. Send them thoughts of joy and gratitude, but especially – whatever the emptiness they may leave in your life – control yourself and do not be sad; they would feel desolate.

Their life continues in the beyond. Whether they remain close to you or not, you should leave them in peace and not overwhelm them with queries and requests of all sorts which they cannot satisfy. They help you in their own way, which does not always satisfy you.

You must respect them and let them go on their way. They come to you when they can and help you as much as possible.

Your lives on Earth must continue; you must go until the end of what is written, and that, in a state of acceptance.

Your requests will change nothing. Continue on your way with courage.

The time you spend on Earth is not that long, even if it seems an eternity to you. One day it will end, and you will be able to sail off towards other skies.
