Seeing only the good in everything facilitates life as a whole, though it is not always easy to achieve. Trials are sometimes hard to endure. All of us here have experienced this, and we are well placed to understand our abhyasis in all the manifestations of life, where we have not been spared either. Following a spiritual path with conviction and genuine commitment secures a space of peace where nothing can interfere. Everyone copes in their own way with the rules imposed by life. It is not easy to adapt and to set aside the time necessary for this kind of approach. But experience shows how important it is to do so and the benefits it can bring.
