Your life will not have been an ordinary one. Each incarnation responds to a necessity, a path of life essential to the elevation of the being, or even to its realisation. Miseries are many and they are unavoidable, no one escapes them. Some beings are subjected to them more than others; this is how it is. The path of life is not simple. Knowing how to adapt to circumstances and make the best of them shows a certain wisdom. The Great Beings demonstrate this enough to serve as an example. No one is spared; therein lies an opportunity for everyone to rise and achieve the best. Sahaj Marg is a precious aid, since real work is done at this level. It is not easy to assess it, but it is effective, you can be sure. Many souls are bewildered. They await and hope for what can only be achieved beyond material comfort, for the fulfilment of the whole being.

Spirituality is the most critical aspect of the human being, and to miss such an opportunity is highly regrettable. Our abhyasis have found their way, one that suits them, even though it is sometimes doubted. Certainty is not easy to achieve; who can really claim that they always make the right choices? Regarding the path we propose here, there is no doubt – our aspirants could not have done better. May they be convinced of this and act accordingly in order to go as far as possible. Such an opportunity is to be seized; time is precious, much more so than humans can imagine.

Everything is counted, precise and decisive in each person's journey; hence our constant attention and blessings.
