An incarnation is never simple. Each one builds the edifice from which the beauty of the soul – and that which characterises it – will emerge. The Divine is fundamental; each cell of the incarnate being is imbued with it and thus possesses the very principle of life. All this lies far beyond the realm of scientific knowledge. This divine energy that is so special escapes human understanding – how could it be otherwise! Engaging in this self–discovery, in its possibilities at this level, testifies to a significant degree of awareness. So many people overlook what is essential. They cling to futile efforts that in no way elevate their level of consciousness. Progressing on a spiritual path opens up new vistas on the infinite, on what is intangible – this divine energy whose principle is creative and beyond the reach of beings, with their current limitations.

Everything is thus intended. The reign of the sovereign Spirit is dawning on the horizon; it is awaiting its time, the right moment to demonstrate this unique power that characterises it. Sahaj Marg is a means, a method given to human beings to guide them in their process, in their profound yearning to unite with the Divine. In practising assiduously, our abhyasis gain precious time. Everything has its raison d'être. In truth, everything is simple; human beings hold in each of their cells this redeeming and divine energy, the very principle of life here below.

May as many people as possible follow this path of the heart to achieve the best, while advancing towards the ultimate goal. Such is our wish.
