Being in a union of heart with God is the best way of starting off the day and yet many of our brothers forget it. The barrier of faith protects man from the vicissitudes of life; it strengthens him, otherwise he would be extremely helpless. May the time of the final apotheosis happen when souls will be able to be in the light, being liberated from any obstacle and having grown in stature by an unfailing development!

"Sahaj Marg works to this end. A large current is manifesting itself here below so that, one day, darkness will be swept out of it.

"Our objective is that; all our efforts are focused on it. Man is often fluctuating in his deeds and neglects his spiritual practice when he has it, hence the need for these ceaseless repetitions to motivate him. Time is precious, each moment is numbered; he thinks he has his whole life ahead of him, yet in the next breath it can be taken away from him.

"Holidays are not enough for the heart in this world where men only think about that, generally rushing for futile pleasures and neglecting what is essential for them. What more can we do to sensitise our brothers about this reality than what we are doing! The union of hearts makes our way powerful; let us encourage them to define themselves, practise together as often as possible and be imbued with the Sahaj Marg spirit, in its purity. Each one of them will make the most of it."

Forget your worries and refocus in the core of silence – there is peace and joy. Think of the long way we have come together: songs of love resulted from it, accompanied by comments intended to help our brothers. Your efforts are not useless, my child. These messages will be appreciated; they will help spiritually and bring comfort to fervent hearts. To date, the crop [of messages] is good; it satisfies us.

"We can only recall what was already said, by insisting on certain points capable of awakening the consciousness of our readers. The sacred texts themselves address the same issues: what other way can one use to truly catch the attention of people caught in the ceaseless movement of life? To hold their attention and to lead them to thinking about their fellow creatures and themselves require some knowledge of human weaknesses as well as faith in one's capacity to make progress.

"Our abhyasis are advancing; we notice it with the passage of time. They are becoming adult in their way of apprehending life and managing it, by including in it their spiritual process that has become essential to them. The influence of our Mission touches hearts; this work is being done slowly but regularly and positively, exceeding the framework of our structures. Many souls benefit from it: the vibrations emitted in our way, which are not restricted to our aspirants alone.
