Try to better protect yourself; it is not easy, given your health, to be able to manage so many things. Do not let yourself be affected, my child. Take refuge in this sanctuary where your worries become secondary. Immerse yourself in this rare vibration where you find calmness and serenity.

"You see once again that this step works wonders, all takes its right place again and peace settles into you. Our contact can then resume under better conditions. Our brothers and sisters cannot lose sight of this recourse in those difficult situations where it is not easy to be calm.

"The human being is confronted more and more with situations that are trying to his nervous equilibrium.

"A spiritual process well understood and properly used is critical; we underline it once more.

"Let us remain united in spirit, my child; it is like a thin thread connecting all hearts in a subtle way.

My daughter, you have so much love to give that it was normal that this torrent converged towards the heart of your Master. Before reaching that point, it followed a sinuous course, but it arrived in full strength. The ways of God are impenetrable; they end up manifesting themselves as planned. We have often said how these connections to the Master's heart are very important.

"Your passionate nature was biding its time to reveal itself. Bonds with a disciple are of a special nature and cannot be truly defined on the human level, as they exist beyond it. As far as all of you are concerned, they enable an interaction in spheres that escape the control of the individual consciousness. Your very special communication is an example of it; it foreshadows capabilities that will be given to certain beings in the future.

"We are preparing that time. Imperceptibly, minds are opening up, although many are still very narrow on questions of this kind. They will need evidence to admit realities that are completely beyond them today. Time is at work. God opens the way as He pleases, and we are serving in the planned direction for the evolution of the worlds.
