On this day, a bit special when your heart is happy, it can only attract grace. It is as if it was preparing for a festival, accommodating all the love of the world with a profound feeling of recognition and surrender. This inner state is to be cultivated: it is the best way to guarantee a well understood sadhana. Doing a short meditation in this frame of mind is more profitable than a rather long time spent being assailed by undesirable thoughts.

"A positive attitude vis-à-vis meditation should be developed. Nothing should be neglected to obtain the best result. It must be a moment of pure happiness and exaltation for a fervent heart. These conditions are favourable for him and contribute to his development. A long journey leads to this result, this feeling of inner peace, of immutable joy in Master's confidence and love.

"All is simple in a spiritual process. By advancing with simplicity, all gets clarified and only essential aspects matter. Each one can experience this profound peace generated by peace of mind, when troublesome material worries have been replaced by this pure moment of devotion and meditation.

"To develop this attitude so that it becomes second nature is equivalent to taking a new step towards understanding the spiritual practice. From step to step, all is clarified for the researcher. He knows where his priorities lie, he has tried out many ways of being and of approaching sadhana, and finally, having acquired wisdom, it is through the simplest way that he can access his own truth."

My daughter, you do not have enough hindsight to evaluate the impact these messages will have; the feedback from our 'technicians' involved in the follow-up of this work reassures you. Their sense of analysis is actually relevant. The contents of these writings can be surprising; they are intended for beings who have enough broadmindedness and whose level of evolution allows them to benefit from it spiritually. All is vibration, as we have already said, but it is necessary to go into this notion in greater depth and to further integrate it in our system, as far as teaching is concerned.

"We must now go beyond our usual comments, which our brothers were accustomed to. The new era is neither imaginary nor a fashionable announcement; it will become clearer with time and will require, on our part, a language adapted to the circumstances. The vibrations of these messages, coming from different transmitting sources, complement each other in the interest of the readers' comprehension.

"New times are taking shape; we should not be outdone in our way. Our aspirants are feeding themselves with information emanating from publications intended for non-informed people, but which dwell too much on details of dates and descriptions that boost readers' curiosity without necessarily addressing any objective reality.

"These messages will play their role when the time comes; it is a question of time. We encourage you to continue, my daughter. These messages are not given in vain; they will help men well beyond what you can imagine. Remain confident." --Reflections
