What can we tell you to comfort you, my child? It is not like you to be so wearied. Are you no longer satisfied with the joy of loving strongly? Search in your heart for that which cannot be found around you. Here, there is no disappointment: peace is immutable and it regenerates the soul. Do not let yourself be overwhelmed by this sadness; you have not yet reached the end of the road. One day, it will continue elsewhere and will open in front of you, full of promise and encounters with loved ones. You will finally find the bliss that you are looking for in vain on Earth, in a place where the encounters of souls are productive, far from the disappointments of the world. After this life another will begin, strengthened by your happy and unhappy experiences. Death is a starting point, as you know. When that day comes, your heart will be ready to face it. Your heart was built in the storm, your boat weathered all winds, but calm follows the storm and can be appreciated all the more.

"Old age is the reflection of one's life, it led you to your present status. You have nothing to regret, and all is well.

"You live in the love of us and it cannot disappoint you; human beings are fickle, unlike us.

"Please summon up your energy again to face up to life; the autumn of your life is rich. Lights, which you cannot imagine, embellish it. Its palette is generous and varied. May this beauty help you colour your days. Maintain it in your heart and endlessly sing the praises of Him to whom you owe it."

Your heart should always be more focused on spiritual values. They are the recourse in every case. This reflex is acquired with time. It is man's safest shield against all the vicissitudes of this world.

"Develop in yourself this protected space and strengthen it with all the facets of faith. They are many and rich in terms of possibilities. You get rejuvenated every day through a profound meditation, connecting you to the inner Master. This ritual in your life takes a choice and irreplaceable place, which allows you to appreciate a feast that cannot be challenged, even by marvellous spreads. The latter are comparatively gross, since they satisfy one's senses and correspond to physical appetites. The feast being mentioned here is all subtle and related to the Divine, meeting the soul's need for God.

"Delight in these joys, my child. In this field there is no unfortunate dependence: only a completely exemplary jubilation of the soul.

"Develop love in you. Let it overwhelm you and charm you to the extent of becoming indispensable to you. Great mystics, completely immersed in this divine source, take a breath in this world when necessary. The rest of the time, the nectar is their beverage and they cannot be affected by the baseness of mankind.

"Attend to your own business, your heart remaining connected to your Master who guarantees your progress. Put all the rest into perspective. Do your level best to attend to your daily life and quickly come and rejuvenate at the eternal and never-ending source of life. Your heart calls us forcefully; be blessed my child."
