My child, God is your only and true refuge, never forget it. All is vain and illusory in this world. Only His grace helps you to live and face up to events. The recent tragedies showed it; they open men's eyes to the precariousness of life and the need for opening up the heart to divine love. Many humans become aware of it in such circumstances and turn to Him, the supreme refuge.

"Nothing is stable and definite; anything can be swept off instantly: a life, a skyscraper, a love which one believed immortal. This is how it goes with the things of life.

"He only remains immutable, omnipresent, in His own way. Men's torments are not innocent; they have their raison d'être. They characterise a destiny likely to make the soul grow – through fire – to join Him in the celestial bliss, where all is perfect.

"Man must burn his dross before aspiring to the ethereal levels where all is beauty, purity and love – a type of love which the common run of people cannot have an idea of, since it is sublime and of divine essence."

My daughter, do not pay attention to men's words. Can you see equity, justice, tolerance and many other aspects in this low world?

"It is a breeding ground where the failings of society are stimulated. Noble souls cut their path through it, divesting themselves, little by little, of burdening tendencies. They deserve a lot of credit for surviving amidst troubled waters.

"There is good in each one and even in the most demeaning people, hence our hope to save this world. We are working towards that; you, also, have your own role, you who are reading us and whose hearts are awakening to the spiritual greatness and the attraction of the Divine, little by little. Like these aquatic plants emerging from the swamp to rise up to the light, the soul inevitably opens up to this splendour, timidly in the beginning and then without resisting Him any more. Why would it fight? It has eventually understood that there lies the only wonder that could fulfil it.

"It is good to insist on making you realise that your most important thing is created in this very lifetime. It is up to you to ensure that it is successful according to the criteria we have just mentioned, and to make the essential choices."
