Calm down, relax. It is your health which makes you react like that, and this long confinement which contributes to your nervous vulnerability. Your circle does not realise well what your living conditions mean.

"Everyone understands the situation of one another according to their own reactions. You are doing your level best for everyone, and you should not furthermore be expected to be a model of serenity. They who have true feelings for you must try to imagine how much your nervous system suffers. Channeling costs you a lot of energy and you do not replenish your energy through physical exercise and normal ventilation.

"Do not feel guilty for certain sharp reactions. Who would react differently in your place? Sometimes I happened to be nervous, without good reason. That is how the human being is made: he has his own limitations, and he is dependent on an organic functioning that is not actually under his control.

"All that does not take away from the greatness of the spiritual being, which is immune to these sorts of storms. This is why you must control your hasty judgements on one another, on all those who surround you and who are likewise subjected to circumstances of human turbulence."

Death as you call it is in reality a rebirth. Another form of life continues elsewhere. This continuity is enriched by the many Earthly experiments which constitute a significant step of a being's evolution. So many lessons are learnt from an incarnation and experiments that are seen as good or bad as per the meaning they are given by life and its evaluation criteria. Their actual value lies elsewhere and has to be assessed through standards not designed by men. What seems appalling to you can turn out to be very instructive and enriching.

"This is why wisdom suggests that man should accept the tribulations of life and its varied ordeals as blessings.

"He generally makes this observation while taking stock of his incarnation, after having left the Earth. Reality appears to him, in its entire truth. He consequently remains astounded. At the end of the day, this life that is so painful sometimes proves to be an exemplary enrichment. Your assessment on this aspect leaves a lot to be desired.

"Be confident, nothing happens to you without reason. Only innate or acquired wisdom will enable you to appreciate."
