This is the moment when everything calms down, when your heart exults in loving, as it does so well. In that moment, worries associated with this world, as well as with the many problems inherent in this material life, are overcome. Spirituality is the true refuge. It brings about serenity and necessary hindsight, when one is fully committed. It is perfectly possible to strike a balance between an active life and this practice; one has only to decide and plan accordingly. Great mystics did it and are still doing it today, in these times that are increasingly troubled and diverted from true values. These values are and will remain a definite anchor, one that is important for humans facing the hazards of an incarnation. Anything is possible. Our way has valuable assets and it can lead aspirants to levels they could not have anticipated. There lies reality and long-term results prove it. We are very happy for all of our brothers and sisters who participate in this divine feast. “Time brings about significant results, tailored to the laws of evolution in this world. The darkness of the past is far behind us, and yet people still have a long way to go before achieving a degree of opening that is both desirable and required for substantial transformation. That transformation entails much suffering and multiple experiences, as well as the necessary commitment of the heart. The level of consciousness will change significantly in the coming centuries; certain upheavals will facilitate that extraordinary progress. As everything has been happening very slowly since the dawn of time, a lot of work remains to be done. It will be in line with the new order that will prevail on Earth. Spiritual elevation will become the major area of interest in a new society that will have understood the consequences of neglecting this essential aspect of an incarnation. Time is running out in every respect. Life as it is today is to be taken as such. Who can really change it overall? On the other hand, every human being can work for his own evolution. “Over the centuries, different approaches have been proposed and are still being practised today by many followers. Everything changes and adapts according to circumstances and the needs of a continually evolving humanity. In its simplicity, our way brings to light a very significant action. It does not require hours of contemplation and prayers. It focuses on a practice that fits perfectly into the current lifestyle – one in which the human mind is constantly overtaxed and unnecessarily disturbed. That life, which is superficial in so many respects, does not lend itself to real interiorisation. Everyone manages this aspect of life in their own way. Although the demand for interiorisation does not seem apparent among most human beings, it truly exists, and it will become increasingly necessary for the balance of human beings as they struggle with disturbances whose levels are alarming for their balance and well-being. Spirituality stands as a recourse; it is up to everyone to understand it and assimilate it as best they can.”
