Do not seek to imagine what life is beyond the Earth; you will not manage. You do not have major elements, which we cannot give you. "We are in a vibratory world just like you, but so different. There is no point of comparison; therefore you cannot figure it out.

"You should only know that, between the medium and us, the communication is established on a special wavelength, and that her frequency of vibration must change to be adjusted to ours, hence the energy utilised by the vibration of the subtle bodies at the time of the contact.

"Never mind the why and the how; the result is there. It requires the right person and we have her, you have the evidence of it with the amount of written messages. When you come and join us in much more refined worlds, you will realise the subtlety of the operation.

"You should be able to appreciate what we give you and to draw all possible benefit from it."

The purpose of the spiritual work you are doing is to refine your subtle bodies, to make sure that all your molecules vibrate in a different way. It is a whole transformation that takes place inside of you, without your being really aware of it.

"The divine energy which you receive and assimilate according to your own request does its work without your knowledge. With time you feel different; imperceptibly, a new being exists in you, and you end up becoming aware of it.

"You must go much further; you have the relevant means. With our assistance and your personal action, there is no limit to what we can hope for. Those among you who have been practising for a long time, if you look at yourselves very attentively, can notice this change.

"There is no wave of a magic wand. Other ways exist, but you are in this one, which is one of the most effective and very simple with regard to practice.

"If you are happy with your choice and if your work is carried out with ardour and faith, the sky is the limit."
