Making an assessment at the beginning of this year, we can see that many topics have been treated, and we have come back to the same ones a certain number of times, out of necessity.

"One has to know how to stop. You have enough food for thought in what has been stored. You can go back; a second reading will make you discover what may have escaped you the first time.

"That is how the development of comprehension is measured. If you put into practice the pieces of advice we have given you, you will realise the progress made.

"With sadhana, all the written books and these messages, you have a solid stock that will truly make it possible for your Master's work to bear fruit.

"Advance with boldness, spare no effort; you are working for yourselves, think well on this. You will reap what you have sown."

No, my child, we will not stop like that. You will get accustomed to this idea and perhaps you will realise the importance of what is given to you, and wish to re-read and take advantage of some advice.

"In this broad review we have made together, we think nothing has been overlooked. Perhaps you will find at the bottom of your heart a certain nostalgia that will make you grow. Beings and privileged moments are only really appreciated when they are lost.

"Be well aware of that. Look around you and inside you. Try to appreciate reality and the deepest being which lives in you, its aspirations that are far from any superficial life.

"Take account of your true personality, of its needs. Do not alienate it to always satisfy egotistic needs, personal desires; you should be able to sometimes put them aside to express more altruism around you. You will realise how much joy this behaviour can bring you.

"Try, it does not cost anything and can give you happiness."
