Yes, my child, you should be completely in a state of love; it is your best food. Let your heart go. Do not repress any of its impulses; it cannot mislead you. There is nothing sadder than a being whose heart wilts for lack of love or out of fear of expressing love.

"Humans bring sorrow to themselves by being egotistic, self-centred and indifferent to others.

"God is love. One should love God; one should love love, love one's fellow man without counting, without reserve. Humanity needs it so much. It needs such a tremendous amount of love so that it does not disappear like a drop of water in the desert.

"Love is a scarce resource, yet you should give it unrestrainedly. It will be returned to you hundredfold.

"Do not start seeing only the repetitions; we like using them when we deem it useful. You had asked that these messages continue, so you should have expected things to be like this."

Regain serenity – it makes the contact easier and enables these exchanges between our hearts. There lies the essential condition. Transcend the turbulence of this world, as it is all nothing. Only this shared love matters; it touches sensitive hearts and leads them in our wake. Humanity is mired in the miasma of materiality, humans are degrading themselves and they no longer respect what is essential – this is distressing. Let us not be sanctimonious. We find the situation unfortunate, but history must go through this sad state of affairs before making a new start in another direction. “Major changes will occur on the Earth and humans will have to rebuild themselves in a different way, one that is more satisfactory for their own evolution. A day will come when they will become aware of this fact. This is how it goes.”
