From now on, do not hesitate any more to express your feelings. We strongly insist on this aspect; it is important. The great mystics of the past did not fear to do so and wrote beautiful things which influenced and are still illuminating your spiritual life.

"Is there anything more beautiful than loving, than saying it and singing it in every way possible? We had warned you that the repetitions would be numerous in this last series of the heart to heart: the uplift.

"What is happening to our scribe is special. An important transformation of her personality is taking place without her knowledge. While keeping the same appearance, she will no longer be exactly the same one. Take advantage of her presence, we cannot say any more on this. It is up to you to feel and understand, according to your perceptions and your sensitivity.

"Rest assured, my child, you are not out of your mind. You can be so reticent sometimes! Let yourself be carried by the divine wave, without opposing any resistance. Why think that you are not worthy of such a grace? It is a great day for you; live it in all its dense aspects and its splendour, even if you must, as usual, attend to your own affairs."

In certain circumstances, a mystic must let himself be 'carried away' without trying to control the situation, which is what you are trying to do most of the time. It is imperative that you mend your ways. Your Cartesian mind always stands sentry; you should also let go of this aspect. On the spiritual level you do not belong to yourself any more, therefore, especially in these moments, you should be completely surrendered.

"What have you got to lose? You have had faith in us for a long time; therefore, you should realise that part of yourself escapes you more and more and that it must lead its own life, if we can express ourselves like that.

"You cannot be said to be whimsical and living in dreams; observers can see in this irrefutable fact the weight carried by the work you are doing for us.

"One must be strong to be a good medium; there are limits not to be overstepped and your balance is very precious to us.

"My dear child, we put you in the hot seat, once again, and you do not like that. Your reaction to the 8:00 a.m. message is groundless. It must appear in its place with the others; that is the way it goes, that is all."
