The Medium: "Heart of the heart, open up so that my Beloved can enter. You know that only your call makes Him come over. Forget the rest and be totally His."

Yes, my child, it is very true: having unimportant things on one's mind while meditating does not make it easier for a contact to be established quickly, but you know the secret. Let the doors open wide; we will go through them.

"Do you want us to analyse the principle once again? It is the vacuum in the heart that lets grace flow in. By calming one's thoughts, a true heart to heart can be established. We can settle in and do our work.

"We are happy to see how these contacts are fruitful and the extent of easiness we have arrived at in spite of your difficulties. You have to endure so much physically, and when we see you happy despite everything, your joy spills over into us and we also become joyful. You say that our love is the sun of your life; to us also, you are a kind of luminous star, playing its part on the Earth, and which we will go and get when the time comes."

The Medium: "You are more than one sun to me, you are thousands of suns. These moments of joy that you have alluded to, you are the one who gives them to me when I feel my soul sent into transports of love. This kind of intoxication is expressed by a special cheerfulness which I share with the souls that you have placed around me and who live this beautiful story with me."

How could we forget you? Your soul is like that of a child that is only expecting love. Even if we so wanted, we could not remain insensitive for a long time to its call.

"You ask us every day to forgive you for what you do not do correctly and which we may dislike.
