Calm down all this trouble in you, which does not facilitate our contact. Let your mind – like a serene sky – be peaceful and happy to receive us. You force yourself in your discipline to allow this to happen each day. All these words that flow in you, leave an indelible imprint therein. You don't make all these efforts in vain. This rigour on yourself is very beneficial to your progress. You are not fulfilling a trivial task simply required in the context of your everyday life. We will not explain to you what makes it a special one; it is useless. Your heart can take stock of everything this spiritual food has brought to you. These writings nourish you indeed, much more than it seems. This work, done with so much love and faith, meets our expectation. The state of your heart attracts grace; we repeat it, it is an essential condition for this kind of exchange. Work relentlessly for your evolution, with joy, light heartedly, without your practice burdening the schedule of the days. These reserved moments must be a festival, since they lead you towards freedom."

Set aside an increasingly bigger place for your spiritual life; give it utmost priority. Once this stage is reached, there is no more constraint; it is quite simply about meeting the needs of the soul, which requires a more sustained attention. This expansion takes place naturally; it does not change life overnight. It is a slow work which reaches, with time, this point of apotheosis. Let this thirst for the Divine be expressed in you; support it in all possible ways. It builds the greatest success for you. Be attentive to the signs; they are numerous and appear without being perceived, as they should be. You have embarked on a long journey. Give it, without any hesitation, all the chances to go on smoothly; its goal is worth it. We always revert to the same subjects, trying to cast on them a new light likely to motivate you. Do we succeed in that? Such is our dearest wish."
