Your riches – hidden in a faulty instrument as you define yourself – are productive because they are offered to serve us. You find it difficult to accept this physical body which constrains you, but love distilled in your heart makes you play down this inconvenience. Your vocation is to serve; this is what you have aspired to from your youth. A heart offering itself sincerely is necessarily heard. It manages to find its way, guided and supported by the solicitude of its guides, until the moment when the Master appears; then begins a special relationship.

"Every being has an asset which he can develop and use to serve other people, through the means serving his inspiration. Surrender is a strong aspect in this context; serving entails going through this stage, which it is not easy to practise. When this connivance works, the best results are necessarily obtained. One's eagerness to serve, above all, provides true joys. Feeling this availability in oneself has a stabilising effect, which gives a meaning to life: it [availability] is worth living and fully utilising by divine grace."
