An ashram must live spiritually and humanly. Apart from spiritual work, you must liven it up. It is not reserved for a small group; you must make it attractive by organizing meetings and exchanges concerning all aspects of the Mission, as well as thematic days. Anything can serve as a pretext to create privileged moments for all of you.

"Try, through these contacts, to develop a more sustainable fraternal activity, which will reinforce your ties. Your disagreements are only superficial; make efforts in this respect. What is the point of applying yourself to your practice if you fear to rub shoulders with other personalities that can hurt yours? See in these contacts an excellent means of working on your weak points. You all have them. Do not avoid contacts with some of your brothers. Make efforts, go towards them open-heartedly, ready to give love and to share while trying to understand them. It would be a great success for you; it would put some balm in your heart. Would you like to do that for the love of us? That would make us happy."
