It is by surpassing yourself, as you do every day and particularly today, that you manage to answer our call with this painful body. You don't dwell on yourself and you find joy in serving. Be detached from the material side of life and come and rejuvenate for a while, in this contact where you can let your heart quench its thirst with delight. Is there any better way out than these dives into oneself, and don't they remain the supreme comfort! Could our faithful aspirants do without these privileged moments where they can find in themselves a space of purity and deep peace! We do not think so. They progress in wisdom and can put things into perspective, beyond good things they are provided by life, by interiorizing themselves to be in phase with their divine nature.

"A regular spiritual practice enables them to discover in themselves treasures, which will keep increasing with time. Moments devoted to sadhana are a good investment in this world completely oriented towards profit. It is good to see our brothers and sisters, advancing on such a fruitful way. They are aware of the brevity of their spell on Earth and of the need for them not to waste time. This awareness followed by a real effort to comply with the need for a true spiritual process, opens new horizons to them, enabling them to put the bad sides of their existence into perspective.
