Thousands of messages have already been given, yet ardent hearts are still asking for more, to be nourished by them at their convenience. We listen and respond by trying to facilitate access to the practice. With time and the expansion of the Mission, some changes had to be made, particularly regarding introductions. The approach to Sahaj Marg should be made easier, while also respecting the fundamentals and the original practice. It is necessary to adapt to the requirements of this growing Mission and to the spirit of the current era. The evening prayer, in particular, is to be considered within the framework of the union of hearts under the guidance of the chosen Master. This prayer creates a grand vibratory chain that provides a great deal to each participant. It is not recommended without purpose. Doesn't everything have its raison d'être, particularly here, where the little time it requires is not demanding for our abhyasis.
