We cannot give exact dates, as notions of time on Earth are not the same as ours. We adapt ourselves in certain circumstances, including through these messages, to meet very specific expectations. Spiritual advancement is a valuable asset; it retains its value in the cycle of reincarnations. Nothing, either good or evil, is lost – this is to be considered. It is better to work to advance in the right direction, thus saving valuable time. It is important to adapt our teaching to the needs of today. Humans must understand the implications of their smallness in the face of the divine power and act in as favourable a manner as possible by following the right path – one that is the shortest and most productive. We provide the elements, namely a very simple way to practice; our method does not require much time in the course of a day, whereas so much time is lost in vain pursuits.
