I am here; set your mind at rest, and make yourself receptive, in spite of this context not favourable to our contact. If you so want, nothing can prevent it; you know how to cut yourself off from the world. Meditation requires the same rigour. In this modern world it is not easy to find calmness favourable to meditation and spiritual work. This adaptation often requires efforts, but the result shows that it is always possible to interiorise oneself, and to commune with the Divine. The result is worth it; to find inner calmness in a non-conducive environment brings serenity, and the evidence of a Presence attentive to the needs of the soul. This diving into oneself is an ever-growing need. Our method must help you. Its rigorous application, with time, shows it to you. One needs much patience and perseverance to extract all the benefits of such a process, but the efforts are rewarded. Nothing is obtained without effort."
