Your lives are marked out by ordeals, some of them painful. When you have to advance in the darkness caused by them, never forget that the sun is shining above your heads, even if momentarily this notion escapes you. Your wealth, in these circumstances, consists in knowing that an 'elsewhere' exists and that all does not end after this earthly life. Ordeals allow you to grow; they are initiatory, depending on the acceptance they provoke in you.

Joys drive out sorrows, nothing is immutable, in one way or the other. Life is movement and renewal – these two aspects characterize life on this planet.

Know how to adapt and draw lessons from all the states through which all of you must pass. Be joyful from the bottom of your hearts, since you know that when you have arrived in port, all will be reconsidered and you will have to set out again on a new basis.

Make sure to not reach it empty-handed. Remain confident of this future status. Think of it and build within you the edifice that will withstand this ultimate crossing.
