A real spiritual way should not be confused with this craze for what touches on psychological methods. Don't get it all mixed up. Do some abhyasis fail to understand the richness of our method? So it would seem. They lack perseverance in their work of interiorization and look for shortcuts, thinking in this way to reach the goal more quickly. They are mistaken and must not be encouraged in that direction. Spiritual work must remain what it is. Well understood, it solves inner conflicts generated by a profound dissatisfaction and a need for the spiritual being to find its true expression.

Scrupulously respect the practice and spirit of Sahaj Marg, which will meet this call that is expressing itself in you all. You must persevere on this path – it doesn't need any sort of addition.

Be vigilant; history has shown how harmful the drifts were. People distorted teachings of great purity to reshape them in their own way. Do not let intellectual curiosity interfere in this method that is universal and redeeming beyond what you can imagine.
