It will still be a long time before minds can return to a more accurate interpretation of divine laws. This religion has made a dreadful weapon of it to settle its economic and political power over a large part of the globe. Through a formidable organization, it is striving to regain its privileges, which have been reduced for a few decades. Will humans of the twenty-first century fall victim to it? Time will tell. That organization has formidable means. It is supported and propelled by the authorities in place, who are themselves caught in the movement.

Our aspirants will continue on the path they have chosen, without being subjected to any pressure on our part.

That is not part of the way we proceed. 'Power' is not the goal we seek. The Master in charge is at the service of abhyasis who trust him. Our practitioners do not pledge allegiance to him, neither do they kiss his feet or hands, and they are not subservient in any way, except to work for themselves by performing the spiritual exercises we advise. Don't be too alarmed, any of you, by this catchy and inappropriate campaign. Everyone is free to follow, in their own heart, the path that suits them.
