Channelling is not acquired through exercises nor the desire for it. It is a state, a gift that exists to a greater or lesser degree, and that develops with age and sometimes through trials.

I had this gift, but my son does not and I cannot give it to him. He is the Master; he has the power and everything that we transmit to him unceasingly, but not this. He must make his peace with it.

This point is worth insisting on. He is no less worthy for that; his mission lies elsewhere. It is colossal and no one around him truly realizes it, not even he himself – it has always been so. The great beings you have been venerating for centuries were not truly recognized for what they were and the role they played for humanity. Some underwent the worst affronts before gaining the recognition of their faithful. Situations repeat themselves; humans have blinkers. They become aware of the greatness of certain missioned beings after they have left this Earth to return to their fatherland. The teaching they leave makes its way into people's minds, and the most open ones assimilate it and pass it on.

It is an eternal series of new beginnings.
