You must develop your concentration and your power of thought. It requires practice, like a champion who prepares for competition through physical exercises and a strong will to achieve a goal. Coaches cannot do everything; they give instructions and follow the person step by step, pushing with criticisms and encouragement.

Yes, here everything is different since this does not happen on an objective level. We remain in the realm of the subtle, the impalpable, and this is where the difference lies.
