Until the end of your life and at any time, you will have to control your reactions caused by emotions or trials, whatever their nature. That is the way life is; it has always so been for the human race. Each one of these reasons has made you as you are today, allowing you, in many circumstances, to surpass yourself, to go beyond what you believed possible in terms of your resilience.

At the beginning, life is a blank page on which, with the passing of time, even the least events are recorded.

Everything is recorded and, over the years, shapes the personality of the being.

Until the end, it is possible to change; this opportunity is offered to human beings. They do not control their destiny, but they control certain aspects of their lives and actions, which remain under their clear-sighted authority.

One needs much clear-headedness and self-control to make the right choices in all circumstances, which help to go beyond the stage of a momentary incarnation and to act as well as possible for one's own good and that of others.
