Service is first and foremost about love and surrender to Master's will. The attitude of power and of domination over others is to be banished. It is damaging and, in the context of our spiritual work, can only harm those who possess it.

To love is to serve while being self-effacing, that is to say trying to erase any egotistic tendencies that may arise and run counter to the desired goal.

All our aspirants have the desire to serve, this is very commendable. We have already explained ourselves on this issue. Much goodwill is manifested at all levels in our Mission, this is what enables it to exist materially.

While growing, our organization must be structured to function properly. Various tasks are carried out by abhyasis, who don't spare their efforts. We couldn't progress without this network that has been set up and that gives cohesion to the whole.

The question that arises individually is: how does each one function? This is where personal behaviour and the spirit that drives it come into play regarding the service concerned.

Nothing is perfect in this world, but it is advisable to examine oneself with attention and ensure that this service doesn't hinder the abhyasi in the rest of their work.

Vigilance on this point is desirable.
